The new mini flat package photocouplers with 2.0mm thickness are only available in tage and reel configurations. All photocouplers employ double transfer mold technology which features high isolation voltage with safety approval certificates including CQC,UL,CUL,CSA,BSI,VDE,FIMKO,NEMKO,DEMKO and SEMKO.
